This project is designed to last 30 years! For the year 2011, we will be looking at films from 1920, 1950, 1980, and 2010. For the year 2012, we will be discussing films from 1921, 1951, 1981, and 2011. And so on. For thirty years.
The point of this project is to look at the history of film (mostly American films) in thirty year intervals to both learn about the films year-by-year in a digestible way as well as discuss the evolution of film.
Mostly, this is just a fun outlet for discussing flicks, movies, films and cinema!
